Today, it became a clarinet and muted cornet duet. After that, a solo with a saxophone background. It’s a nice song, and I could have made a vocal effort, but for once the lyrics don’t appeal to me. “How can you say we’re through?” seems too much self-pity to possibly identify with for me.
I think that the tune could be used more in jam sessions since it has an attractive melody and logical chord structure.
