C’est si bon was recorded by Yves Montand and had, as far as I know, a moderate success in France, but when Louis Armstrong did his version, “C’est si bon, people say that in France,” it became known all over the world. I often play it in duet with Kiki on piano, and since she is French and sings it in her native language, it’s a hit. Today I just made a jam session version.
